The Luck of the Irish

The Irish tis said have the fortunes of old,
but what we treasure most, doesn’t glisten of gold.
We’re the luckiest folk, and our luck can’t be hid,
for it’s our wondrous fortune to have this wee kid!

St. Patrick’s Day strikes a beautiful chord,
but being a parent’s the grandest reward.
Following rainbows can lead you to joy,
but none can surpass this amazing young boy.

So here’s to our roots, to the fair emerald isle,
right there in the twinkle of Anthony’s smile.
