Preschool Graduate

Last week Anthony graduated from preschool, AKA "The Big House" at In a Child's Path. 

He and 6 other little friends are moving on to kindergarten.  

Anthony started at The Little House when he was just 4 months old.

He's grown and learned so much since then.

But even more importantly, he had fun, felt secure, and was accepted and valued for who he is. What more could you ask for in a preschool experience?

For the graduation main event, the kids put on a nice show with songs.  

  Each graduate came out as the others "hollered" for them. 

Then teacher Anke gave each child a certificate and said what was special about each one.

Anke said she wasn't going to cry, but she got pretty choked up when it was Anthony's turn. She's as proud of him as we are. She told me, "Never stop advocating for him. He deserves that." Don't worry about that, Anke!
